1. What Trust Card is
Trust Card issues payment cards funded from balances you control. Connecting a wallet grants Trust Card no authority over your funds; every transfer is initiated and signed by you.
2. Account opening fee
Opening an account costs a one-time fee, quoted in the asset and network you select and locked for the period shown on the payment screen. Blockchain network fees are paid by you directly to the network and are not collected by Trust Card.
3. Payments and refunds
A payment is credited once it reaches the confirmation threshold for the selected network. Funds sent to an address or network other than the one shown on your application cannot be credited automatically and may be unrecoverable. The opening fee is refundable only where an application is rejected by Trust Card.
4. Eligibility and verification
Cards are issued subject to eligibility and identity verification in your country of residence. Trust Card may decline or revoke an application where verification cannot be completed.
5. Security
Trust Card will never ask for your seed phrase, private keys or wallet password, and will never request a token approval as part of opening an account. Treat any such request as fraudulent.
6. Risk disclosure
Crypto assets are volatile and, in most jurisdictions, are not covered by deposit protection schemes. You are responsible for the tax treatment of your transactions.
