What we collect

Your name, email address and country of residence, the public wallet address you connect, and the on-chain transaction that pays your opening fee. We do not collect your seed phrase, private keys or any wallet credentials — connecting a wallet never exposes them.

Why we collect it

To issue and deliver your card, to verify that the opening fee was paid, and to meet the legal obligations that apply to card issuance in your country.

On-chain data

Blockchain transactions are public and permanent by design. Your payment, including the address it was sent from and to, is visible to anyone. We cannot delete or modify on-chain records.

Sharing

We share the minimum necessary data with the card issuer and processor, and with identity verification providers. We do not sell personal data.

Retention and your rights

Application data is retained for as long as required by financial record-keeping rules. You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by writing to [email protected].

Template text. Have counsel review and adapt this before launch — card issuance is a regulated activity and the required disclosures differ by jurisdiction.
